ADA — Support
ADA Flight Deck (“ADA”) is a training application for airline pilots flying the Airbus A320 family. It holds reference material and self-check exercises used in preparation for simulator sessions and line operations.

Getting access
The application has no public sign-up. Accounts are issued by your flight training department. If you need an account, ask your instructor — not us; we cannot create accounts for a training organisation.
You will receive a temporary password. On first sign-in the application asks you to replace it with your own.
Common questions
Ask your instructor to issue a new temporary one. For security we cannot reset passwords ourselves — instructors administer their own pilots.
That is intended. Changing a password ends every other session, so a lost or borrowed device cannot keep access.
Changing a password requires the current one. If you are changing a temporary password, the current one is the temporary password your instructor gave you.
Yes, once you have opened a module while online. Reference material and your revision list are kept on the device. Self-checks completed offline are sent to the server automatically the next time the application has a connection — you do not need to reopen the module for that.
Report it to your instructor: the training department maintains the content and can correct it directly. Corrections appear in the application without an update.
Profile → the Update line shows the installed build. Please include it when reporting a problem — it is the first thing we ask.
Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, progress and training results. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Your name, email address, role, and your training results. Nothing else — no location, no contacts, no advertising or analytics. The Privacy Policy explains it in full.
Reporting a problem
Write to support.ada@protonmail.com and include:
- what you were doing and what happened instead;
- the device (for example, iPad Pro 11" or iPhone 15);
- the version from Profile → Update;
- a screenshot, if the problem is visible on screen.
That is usually enough to reproduce a problem without further questions.
